U.S. Laser manufactures a complete line of lamp pumped laser systems for end users, OEM's, and system builders. These high quality lasers are the same systems used in our line of turn-key laser systems. Standard configuration features a console mounted power supply and cooler assembly with a rail mounted laser head. OEM packages are available for rack mounting and other special configurations. C.W. versions are available, with power levels from a few watts of TEM00 to levels in excess of 2 KW in multimode. Q-switching as well as fundamental and harmonic  wavelengths are also available. Pulsed versions are also available at power levels up to 400 watts of average power. Please contact us to discuss our laser product line. High Power CW Multimode Lasers:

At the heart of U.S. Laser's high power CW multi-mode laser is our unique laser head design. The head is a single lamp, close coupled design, optimized for maximum pumping efficiency and high beam quality. The single lamp design reduces consumable costs, while the high efficiency reduces energy and cooling requirements.  High beam quality allows for   smaller focused spot size and high power density at the target. U.S. Laser's high power CW lasers, by virtue of their high efficiency single lamp design, offer an economical solution to many welding, cutting, heat treating and metal deposition applications. The head design allows for cascading of heads in a series periodic resonator. Single, two-headed and four-headed systems are available.


Low Order CW Multimode and Q-Switched Lasers:

U.S. Laser's low order multi-mode lasers offer superior beam quality for smaller focused spot size and higher power density at the target. They are ideal for soldering applications and precision welding and cutting. They are also offered in Q-switched configurations.

Frequency Multiplied Q-Switched TEM00 Mode Lasers:

U.S. Laser offers a variety of power levels in 532 nm frequency doubled Nd:YAG lasers.  We also offer frequency tripled and quadrupled ultra-violet lasers. Frequency multiplying assemblies are rail mounted for ease of insertion into beam path, allowing for rapid change-over between the available output frequencies. These systems offer high power and stability for micro-machining, scribing, photovoltaic panel processing, and drilling applications.

Pulsed Lasers

U.S. Laser's pulsed lasers are designed with small beam diameters and low divergence to deliver exceptional high brightness for welding and drilling applications. Simmer mode power supplies provide extended lamp life and excellent pulse-to-pulse stability. A fundamental mode (TEM00) version is also available for fine cutting applications.
